Client Portal — powered by SortMe
Kia ora Aroha,
Before we meet, we need a picture of your finances. It takes about 10 minutes and you don’t need to create an account or remember a password.
Just tap below — the link signs you in.
This link is just for you and expires in 7 days. If you weren’t expecting it, you can ignore this email.
Naked Finance uses SortMe to collect and hold this information securely.
Pick as many as apply. Most people choose two or three.
Rough mockup of the live Spend Overview — no changes proposed to the live version.
We only ask for what Naked Finance needs to give you good advice — nothing extra. Your information is encrypted while it travels and while it’s stored.
Naked Finance is your adviser. SortMe provides the technology and looks after the data behind the scenes. Some of that work happens overseas with trusted providers, including working out what each payment was for.
Naked Finance uses your information to do their job. That can include putting it into their own tools — to model your future, track your progress, or make applications on your behalf. Once it’s in their systems that copy is theirs, so ask them if you ever want it removed from there.
This is for the advice you’re getting now. Naked Finance sees your picture while they’re advising you, and your connections stop there — they don’t keep updating in the background.
You stay in control. You can ask what we hold, correct anything that’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. SortMe may offer you their own service later — you don’t have to take it, and it won’t affect your advice.

Your email link stays valid for 7 days. After that, sign in with this password.
The next screen is Akahu's and shows the SortMe name — that's the technology Naked Finance uses to connect your bank.
Both options use Akahu to work out what each payment was for.
We pass this straight to Naked Finance and then delete our copy — we don't keep health documents.
Please upload a JPG, PNG or PDF. Nothing was sent to Naked Finance.
Jamie has set this one to be signed off by you. Sam doesn't need to do anything.
Your acceptance isn't recorded until this is confirmed.
Goal: a white-labelled client portal where someone with no SortMe account completes the fact-find, connects their bank, uploads the documents their adviser asks for, and sees a cash-on-hand and net-worth forecast built from their own data — all under the practice's brand. First customer: Naked Finance, replacing Planolitix onboarding.
Staging. Stage 1 (this build) is everything that gets the client's data in: invite → fact-find → portal home → documents. Stage 2 is the deal flow — publishing advice, accepting it, step-up. Those four screens are prototyped and still deep-linkable, but the dashboard entry point is hidden so the prototype shows Stage 1 as it will ship.
FactFindLayout's chrome (80px top bar, max-w-1060px content, fixed bottom bar with StepSkeleton + Help + Back/Next). One new screen — the portal home — handles the returning client.fact_find_answers.
